PlugNGoTech is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa, unless stated otherwise on our website.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Because some products may be sourced from international suppliers, estimated delivery is usually 10–21 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days due to supplier delays, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

South African consumer guidance generally expects suppliers to deliver goods as agreed and within the stated delivery time, so it is important that your store clearly communicates realistic delivery estimates.

8. Overseas Supplier Products

Some products sold by PlugNGoTech may be sourced from overseas or international suppliers.

By placing an order, you understand that some items may require additional delivery time due to international shipping, customs processing, and local courier handling.

Customers must contact PlugNGoTech directly for any order issues, returns, or refund requests. Customers should not contact or return products directly to overseas suppliers unless instructed by us.

9. Customs, Import Delays and Courier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier delays, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will assist customers with tracking updates and delivery information.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

For online purchases in South Africa, guidance on the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act commonly refers to a 7-day cooling-off period for certain online purchases, where the customer may return qualifying goods and may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty, unsafe, or defective goods may be covered by South African consumer protection rules. The Consumer Protection Act gives consumers rights relating to unsafe, defective, or poor-quality goods.

11. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution.

12. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
