Return & Refund Policy

At PlugNGoTech, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, cables, and parts
  • Not damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear

Please include your order number, full name, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A repair where applicable
  • A refund

Under South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act, customers may return unsafe, defective, or poor-quality goods within 6 months after delivery, and the supplier may be required to repair, replace, or refund the item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened where possible, and in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by misuse or negligence
  • Items with missing parts or packaging
  • Products that have been altered, opened incorrectly, or repaired by someone else
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items, unless they are faulty
  • Items returned without approval from PlugNGoTech

Overseas Supplier Products

Some PlugNGoTech products may be sourced from international suppliers. Delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, customs, and courier delays.

Returns must still be requested through PlugNGoTech. Customers should not return products directly to the overseas supplier unless instructed by us.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
