Thank you for shopping with PlugNGoTech. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa.

If your delivery address is accepted at checkout, we can deliver to your area.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Because some products may be sourced from international suppliers, delivery usually takes:

10–21 business days after dispatch

In rare cases, delivery may take up to:

25 business days

This may happen due to supplier processing, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, or delivery issues outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Any available free shipping offers will be shown on our website or at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you by email where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Overseas Supplier Products

Some PlugNGoTech products may be sourced from overseas suppliers.

This means delivery may take longer than standard local courier delivery. By placing an order, you understand that some products may require additional time due to international shipping, customs, and local courier handling.

Customs and Courier Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PlugNGoTech is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier delays, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, supplier delays, or events outside our control.

Where possible, we will assist with tracking updates and delivery information.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

PlugNGoTech is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order.

If a delivery is missed or unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.

Additional delivery fees may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and full name so we can assist you.

We will help investigate the delivery status with the courier or supplier where possible.

Damaged Items During Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
